The Biggest Mistake Most Internet Marketers Make
Hey Cyberville,
Rhandell here again with another discussion for the day, which is the big mistake most internet marketers make online.
When you market services and products online your first and foremost task that needs to be accomplished is generating traffic to your website. There are a bunch of different ways this can be done but I want to talk about what most marketers are NOT doing.
Typically if you have a website, you are searching for people who are LOOKING for something. If they're looking and they find your website... 99.9% of the time you will have an opt-in form on your site...
For any of you who may not know what an opt-in form is, it is simply this: An opt-in form is a section on the website where you must insert your name, e-mail address, and sometimes your phone number in order to get more information on the product or service in which you have shown an interest.
Now you being the marketer have to remember this one particular thing in order to become more effective online than the average marketer.... People like to do business with people they know, like, and trust. There is no shortcut around this! There is no way that you can develop relationships with people when you are hiding behind a website and e-mails.
People want to talk to YOU, so they can know that there is a real person behind the website. Today most marketers fail to miss this one critical ingredient, which is to take the initiative to PERSONALLY contact the prospect themselves. As I mentioned, most of them are expecting their fancy auto-responder messages and the videos on their websites to generate the sale.
Now while sometimes this may in fact work for some, it is much easier and profitable to contact your leads PERSONALLY. Those of us who do this on a consistent basis have a much higher sign-up/sales ratio than those of us who do not.
So my advice to you would be this:
PICK UP THE PHONE AND CALL YOUR LEADS!!!

The Power of Focus
I just want to talk to you all briefly about the power of focus. Most things that take place in life tend to happen to more than just ourselves. Life is relatively the same for all people. Ultimately it is our attitudes that make the difference.
As the great Jim Rohn (RIP) used to say, "the same wind blows on us all..." the question is how have you set your sail?
You see when you want something out of life, you first have to decide what it is. Secondly you must write down why you want that or those things.
The next thing you want to do is figure out your "vehicle" for attaining that which you desire and then going after it.
Lastly, once you've decided what you want, why you want it, and how you're going to get it, you have to become focused on getting there. From personal experience I've learned that at the times when I've decided I'm going to be focused on accomplishing something is when I start getting bombarded with more distractions and setbacks than I've ever witnessed before in my life! (Some people might call that Murphy's Law)
One of the number one focus splitters are our bad habits... in order to get rid of a bad habit it's first imperative that you acknowledge the fact that you have them. (Most of us already know it but we're just in denial) Furthermore, the only way to get rid of a bad habit is to replace it with a good one.
With that being said... I could go on and on and make this into a book instead of a blog post... So in a nutshell, this is the thing you want to remember.

Rhandell Mitchell discusses Facebook Marketing
So you want to market on the internet huh? Today I want to discuss the significance of where you put your focus when marketing online. Now obviously, if you are into internet marketing or want to get started you need to know where the traffic is.
For awhile there Myspace was the place to be online and if you know what you're doing it still is.... Then Facebook began dominating the social networking scene. Simply put, Facebook is where it's at!
If you don't believe me visit www.Alexa.com and click on the "top sites" link and see where Facebook shows up. These are rankings for the entire world... I'll give you a little secret... Facebook is in the top 3 visited websites and it's not number 3 or number one... Currently YouTube is number 4... (We'll talk about YouTube in another post!)
An easy way to market on Facebook is to join groups.... There's a catch though... You only want to join groups that relate in some way to what it is you have to market. For example, if you are looking to market a wellness product then it might make sense for you to join wellness groups, fitness groups, baby boomers, or anyone who might gain from taking a wellness product.
Creating your own groups is also a way to market... Although you're group can't be titled "Who thinks Tiger Woods is guilty" and you're sending out messages about the hottest newest most phenomenal business you've ever seen since 6:30 this morning. (The key is providing value to others online.)

Numis Network Versus The Corporate Pyramid Scheme
As many of you already know... lots of people have preconceived notions or misconceptions about the home business or network marketing industry. A large majority of individuals consider MLM's to be pyramid schemes when that is the furthest thing from the truth.
The design of the corporate pyramid makes it virtually impossible for "entry level" workers to ever reach the top of the company.
The true pyramid scheme is the structure of corporate America, as listed above. In the corporate structure YOU WILL NEVER EARN MORE THAN THE PEOPLE AT THE TOP.
In Network Marketing everyone starts from the bottom and everyone has the potential to earn more than the individual that brought them in. It will be no different in Numis Network or in Amway, etc... This is Rhandell Mitchell here and today I wanted to discuss whether or not Numis Network is a legitimate business or is it a scam. First things first, Numis Network is definitely not a scam. Actually, Numis Network is the first MLM company of it's kind.
Now why do I say that you might ask? The reason being, is Numis is the first MLM ever to deal with the sale of Numismatic Coins... If you are not familiar with Numismatic coins then you can google it... Otherwise you'll get the watered down version:
Numismatic coins are high quality coins that are mainly collected by coin enthusiasts. They have never gone into circulation and are in high demand. Of course there is a lot more to it but that's it in a nutshell.
Numis Network was launched just a few months ago in August of 2009 and they are already pushing towards 5000 or more reps by the end of 2009. Wealthy people all know that timing is everything in business.... moving on
Quite frankly, what makes the Numis Network so attractive is the fact that with this company you do not have lotions, potions, juices, or any of the additional plethora of products being stored away in your garage never to be used again. Your product is MONEY
In a nutshell, if you're in Network Marketing or have considered joining Network Marketing in the future, which would you prefer...
Storing cases and cases of juice (with a short shelf life I might add) in your garage, having a garage full of water filters and cosmetics, offering people legal services they think they don't need, travel sites that they never book their own travel from, or a garage full of gold and silver coins taken directly from the US Mint?
Only time will tell, but for the time being Numis Network has certainly created a huge buzz in the network marketing/direct sales industry.
