The Biggest Mistake Most Internet Marketers Make

Rhandell here again with another discussion for the day, which is the big mistake most internet marketers make online.
When you market services and products online your first and foremost task that needs to be accomplished is generating traffic to your website. There are a bunch of different ways this can be done but I want to talk about what most marketers are NOT doing.
Typically if you have a website, you are searching for people who are LOOKING for something. If they're looking and they find your website... 99.9% of the time you will have an opt-in form on your site...
For any of you who may not know what an opt-in form is, it is simply this: An opt-in form is a section on the website where you must insert your name, e-mail address, and sometimes your phone number in order to get more information on the product or service in which you have shown an interest.
Now you being the marketer have to remember this one particular thing in order to become more effective online than the average marketer.... People like to do business with people they know, like, and trust. There is no shortcut around this! There is no way that you can develop relationships with people when you are hiding behind a website and e-mails.
People want to talk to YOU, so they can know that there is a real person behind the website. Today most marketers fail to miss this one critical ingredient, which is to take the initiative to PERSONALLY contact the prospect themselves. As I mentioned, most of them are expecting their fancy auto-responder messages and the videos on their websites to generate the sale.
Now while sometimes this may in fact work for some, it is much easier and profitable to contact your leads PERSONALLY. Those of us who do this on a consistent basis have a much higher sign-up/sales ratio than those of us who do not.
So my advice to you would be this:
PICK UP THE PHONE AND CALL YOUR LEADS!!!

The Power of Focus
I just want to talk to you all briefly about the power of focus. Most things that take place in life tend to happen to more than just ourselves. Life is relatively the same for all people. Ultimately it is our attitudes that make the difference.
As the great Jim Rohn (RIP) used to say, "the same wind blows on us all..." the question is how have you set your sail?
You see when you want something out of life, you first have to decide what it is. Secondly you must write down why you want that or those things.
The next thing you want to do is figure out your "vehicle" for attaining that which you desire and then going after it.
Lastly, once you've decided what you want, why you want it, and how you're going to get it, you have to become focused on getting there. From personal experience I've learned that at the times when I've decided I'm going to be focused on accomplishing something is when I start getting bombarded with more distractions and setbacks than I've ever witnessed before in my life! (Some people might call that Murphy's Law)
One of the number one focus splitters are our bad habits... in order to get rid of a bad habit it's first imperative that you acknowledge the fact that you have them. (Most of us already know it but we're just in denial) Furthermore, the only way to get rid of a bad habit is to replace it with a good one.
With that being said... I could go on and on and make this into a book instead of a blog post... So in a nutshell, this is the thing you want to remember.

Rhandell Mitchell discusses Facebook Marketing
So you want to market on the internet huh? Today I want to discuss the significance of where you put your focus when marketing online. Now obviously, if you are into internet marketing or want to get started you need to know where the traffic is.
For awhile there Myspace was the place to be online and if you know what you're doing it still is.... Then Facebook began dominating the social networking scene. Simply put, Facebook is where it's at!
If you don't believe me visit www.Alexa.com and click on the "top sites" link and see where Facebook shows up. These are rankings for the entire world... I'll give you a little secret... Facebook is in the top 3 visited websites and it's not number 3 or number one... Currently YouTube is number 4... (We'll talk about YouTube in another post!)
An easy way to market on Facebook is to join groups.... There's a catch though... You only want to join groups that relate in some way to what it is you have to market. For example, if you are looking to market a wellness product then it might make sense for you to join wellness groups, fitness groups, baby boomers, or anyone who might gain from taking a wellness product.
Creating your own groups is also a way to market... Although you're group can't be titled "Who thinks Tiger Woods is guilty" and you're sending out messages about the hottest newest most phenomenal business you've ever seen since 6:30 this morning. (The key is providing value to others online.)

Numis Network Versus The Corporate Pyramid Scheme
As many of you already know... lots of people have preconceived notions or misconceptions about the home business or network marketing industry. A large majority of individuals consider MLM's to be pyramid schemes when that is the furthest thing from the truth.
The design of the corporate pyramid makes it virtually impossible for "entry level" workers to ever reach the top of the company.
The true pyramid scheme is the structure of corporate America, as listed above. In the corporate structure YOU WILL NEVER EARN MORE THAN THE PEOPLE AT THE TOP.

Now why do I say that you might ask? The reason being, is Numis is the first MLM ever to deal with the sale of Numismatic Coins... If you are not familiar with Numismatic coins then you can google it... Otherwise you'll get the watered down version:
Numismatic coins are high quality coins that are mainly collected by coin enthusiasts. They have never gone into circulation and are in high demand. Of course there is a lot more to it but that's it in a nutshell.

Everybody Needs a Coach
There are so many people in life who possess a skill set that is far beyond what they can even imagine. The problem with most is that they do not know how to dig down within themselves to bring forth that which lies sleeping inside them.
The majority of people in society and around the world live a life of quiet desperation, never truly understanding why they cannot take their lives to the next level. One of the reasons for this is because they do not have a coach. The definition of a coach is "one who instructs or trains." See the problem with most of us is that we have no instruction. Also, many times we need to walk in the pathway of someone who has already made a trail.
In other words, we need to walk in the footsteps of someone who has gone where we want to go. This is where the training element comes into play, you see if you have a person to train you on how to get where you want to go then you will not have to go through as much pain to get there.
So in closing, the most important factor of having a coach outside of the instruction and training element is the fact that you need someone to encourage you. Proverbs 11:25 says, "He who refreshes others will himself be refreshed." So go out and find yourself a coach... even Michael Jordan had a coach, Tiger Woods has a coach, and Michael Phelps has a coach too. Do you think all of these people would have excelled as much as they have without a coach?
So finally, before I end this blog post remember this, you may not have money to hire a coach, but you can definitely go to the library and find plenty of coaches for free! If you want it bad enough you'll find a way. Below I've added a video that shows what the power of good coaching can do for your life.

Are You Building Everybody's Dreams Except Your Own?
Hey Everybody,
Just a short post for you guys.... You know I recently read that Americans watch over 1200 minutes of television each year!!! I can believe it... I'm definitely guilty of watching a little t.v. here and there myself.
See the thing is.... all of the entertainers and athletes that we spend our time watching on Television have already accomplished their dreams and goals.... and the time that you spend watching t.v. is adding to the success.... Their Success!
So when are you gonna start to sacrifice what is not necessary in your lives in order for you to get what you desire.... do you want to be on television? do you want to be an athlete? do you want to be a singer?.... Well you need to spend your time practicing then right???
Repetition is the mother of ALL skill... If you want to get good at anything.... do it all the time... do you think Michael Jackson got good at dancing from just practicing one hour a week... do you think Michael Jordan got as good as he was from just shooting 10 baskets a day? What about Mike Tyson? Do you think he knocked people's heads off for the majority of his career from waking up in the morning and doing 10 pushups a day?
All I'm saying everybody is that if you really want something in life you have to be hungry and you have to have persistence. It may not feel like things are moving as fast as you want them to, but keep the faith... if you really want it bad enough you can get it.... It's just a matter of what you're willing to do to get it.... but more importantly your true motivation for wanting it.... some people call it your "why".
Whatever the case is... watching television is one of the number one things that we all can sacrifice in order to put more time into what matters most to us in life.... However, let us not forget that you have to take action.... a dream is nothing but an idea until it's written down and turned into a goal....
You also have to be hungry.... Watch this video down below!

If you are an internet marketer and you are not using http://www.Ping.fm what are you waiting for??? Now for those of you who are unfamiliar I'll give you a quick rundown on Ping.FM
Alright, now if you have accounts on Myspace, Facebook, Twitter, Bebo etc.... Then in order for you to place new status updates on them you have to log in to each site individually and write your message.
With Ping.Fm you can actually link your account to over 20 websites and every time that you want to make an update to your profile you can use Ping.Fm on your computer... or you can use Ping.Fm from your phone as well in the form of a text message.
Now for those of you who are more advanced, if you are not using Ping.Fm you are missing out on hundreds, if not thousands of backlinks to your webpages.
So that's it folks.... it's actually pretty self explanatory. If you have any questions on how to use it just go over to http://ping.fm
From there the hardest part is just getting all of your accounts set up and then you're all set! So start pingin' your sites and git-r-done!

What To Do When Your Back's Against The Wall!
There are so many people in America that are struggling financially right now. Millions of people in the U.S. are "looking" right now for something that can take them from where they are to where they need to be.
It's funny, a friend of mine just told me that his father was recently laid off from a company owned by Warren Buffett named Net Jets. His father had been earning well over $100,000 every year in his position.
6 months ago Net Jets offered to "buy out" many of it's employees and allow them to go into early retirement and pay them a portion of their salary for the rest of their lives. Many people took the bait, however my friend said that his father assumed he would be safe because of the position that he held in the company along with his 16 years of service.
Well, unfortunately he was wrong.... Net Jets terminated him and as a parting gift they offered to pay him 1 weeks pay for each of his 16 years of service for the company. So he has roughly 4 months worth of income to hold him over until he decides what he's going to do in order to generate income to maintain the lifestyle that he'd been living prior to his layoff....
From what I was told he has a half million dollar home to pay the mortgage on each month. Where does a 55 year old man go and find another job to pay him between 1 and 2 hundred thousand each month after he loses his job? - Maybe it's best to work for yourself and put your destiny in your own hands? Here's how you can do it, but more importantly where and why you should do it!

What Is Attraction Marketing?
Attraction Marketing is becoming a more and more used term online. The simple definition would be to attract people to you instead of trying to attract them to your opportunity. See what many people fail to realize is that if a person does not like your or trust you they more than likely will never spend their money with you.
Due to the fact that a large majority of the money making methods online tend to be scams most people definitely want to develop rapport with you before ever doing business. Now in all honesty, how would you feel about dropping several hundred dollars on a website you've never heard of with some guy or gal who told you that you can make a million dollars by the middle of next week?
Furthermore, you don't even know this person!!!
Now what attraction marketing really entails is branding YOU. Make yourself an authority, you see most companies are here today and gone tomorrow but if you are branding YOU then no matter what happens to the company they will still remember you as the person to go to for the knowledge or instruction.
There are tons of "self-proclaimed" gurus on the internet and you definitely have to be mindful of who you get yourself involved with.

Buck Reed and Sheri Sharman Break Records in Monavie
If you are familiar with network marketing then you probably have already heard of Monavie. Monavie is in the health and wellness industry and one of only eight companies to ever do a billion dollars out of the 5,000 or so MLM companies worldwide.
Well now Buck Reed and Sheri Sharman, two well known top income earners in the network marketing profession have recently teamed up with Monavie. As a matter of fact I have been privileged enough to become a part of there tremendously fast growing team.
Buck and Sheri have recently broken the record in Monavie for any distributor to ever achieve the status of Blue Diamond. According to Monavie's IDS (Income Disclosure Statement) the average income for a Blue Diamond Executive is somewhere around $388,144 or an average income of $7,464 PER WEEK! And I almost forgot to mention that they did all of this a time frame of 4 weeks!
I feel absolutely blessed to have the opportunity to be partnered up with two multi-millionaires and to also benefit from the spillover of their activity as well. If you know anything about MLM spillover is much overrated but can still have a provocative effect on your business in the proper situation.
What job do you know where anyone has ever got in and started earning $7,464 per week in the first four weeks? And if so, would they be willing to hire you....? Well over here we are hiring and we do not discriminate. You simply have to be teachable and coachable... but more importantly be hungry to succeed. If that's you... we'd love to talk to you...
For all the rest of you out there that are struggling to make it from paycheck to paycheck... How long have you been doing what you're doing? If it's not helped you get where you want to be by now it probably never will. This is why it is imperative that you establish a Plan B.

How To Easily Get More Friends On Facebook
Facebook is in my opinion is the coolest social network to meet and connect with new people by far! The majority of people who are on Facebook use it merely to connect with old friends.
However, there is a new breed of Facebooker called the Internet Marketer. Internet Marketers are looking to monetize their efforts on Facebook... Before I tell you a trick to get new friends fast.... I first want to tell you what not to do on Facebook.
If you are marketing or looking to sell something on Facebook DO NOT _ DO NOT _ DO NOT spam your links or whatever you are selling all over other people's pages... It's actually against the terms of FB and it is also an easy way to get yourself deleted from another person's friends list.
If you want to sell something on Facebook or any other social networking site you first need to offer something of value... Like offering people these FREE VIDEOS on how to Make Money Online
Now For The Good Stuff
For right now I'll keep it basic so that even the newbie could do this and start getting new friends. The first thing you want to do is find the groups button on your Facebook profile... It may be all the way down at the bottom of the page next to where it says applications. There should be an icon or a picture of two people side by side. When you click there it should show you a list of any and all groups that you are already in... and groups your friends have recently joined. You should notice at the top there will be a button that says create a new group. Next to the create a new group there should be a box there that allows you to search for all groups on Facebook.
From this point you want to type in your particular niche or category that you want to find friends in. For example, if you are in real estate and you want to add realtors then you would type real estate... if you are in MLM/Network Marketing then you would type that and etc...
From here... you should find tons of groups to join... I recommend only joining groups with 500 people or more or you will run out of new friends to add. Once you have joined the group there will be a "members" section and it will have thumbnail pics of several members... From there you should see a link that says "See All"
It is here you want to click on the see all link and you are now able to add all of the like minded people from your chosen niche to be friends on Facebook. I do this on a daily basis from anywhere between 50-75 new friends each day. If you do not have more than 500 friends I would start off at 50 and work my way up. I do not recommend going over 75... If you add too many too fast Facebook will give you a warning and tell you to slow down.
You do not want to overstep your boundaries or they will disable your account and all your hard work will have been done in vain! I hope this helps somebody out there... Until next time!

Back To Classfied Ads!!! By Rhandell Mitchell
Okay guys,
I've made you all wait long enough so lets get into it. Classified Ads, online and offline are thought by many to be an ineffective method of advertising. However, in my experience I have found it to be an incredible method of creating traffic to my opportunities.
If you have not yet heard of Craigslist then you must have been living under a rock. Craigslist is the largest online classified ad site in the world. Although there is a catch, if you have been posting to craigslist I'm sure that you know exactly what I'm referring too.
Craigslist is extremely strict with their posting policies, and they have actually filed lawsuits against numerous companies who've produced automatic posting software for CL. So if you want to market on Craigslist all I can say to you is good luck.
Next up is www.backpage.com Backpage is said to be the second most visited online classified site. Backpage is much less strict with their posting requirements as well. Rhandell Mitchell: Making Money Online Is Easy
Hey folks, I'm back again and today I wanted to discuss how easy it really is to make money online!
Today was a good day, I spent the afternoon with my fiance and we were out searching for items for our little one who's on the way.
While we were shopping for things such as burping cloths and blankets and such, I began to think about the transition that's taking place in my life.
Now I don't want to fall off of the basis of today's post, but I realized today that a part of my old life is dying and beginning to start anew. With the birth of a new life you have new responsibilities as well as new circumstances to deal with.
Now in working from home and making money online things are also similar. When you decide that you want to make money from home you need to first decide why? WHY do you want to work from home? If your answer is simply to make money then you have a lot of thinking to do.
If your goal is to make money then what would you do with that money? This may seem like it is not important but you MUST know the answers and you need to concentrate on them otherwise most people give up on their dreams because their focus was not concentrated.
When you decide WHY you are looking to join a business, make money, work from home, etc things will begin to get alot easier for you to focus and concentrate on accomplishing your goal. Stay tuned as I will be discussing methods for you to get started in your home business ventures!

Rhandell Mitchell: An all around good guy!
Okay so outside of being a work from home specialist, internet marketer, and cash gifting mentor. Rhandell Mitchell is just an ordinary guy.
I was born and raised in a small town in Northern Ohio. I was just like any other kid, I loved to be outside (something kids today don't do enough of-too many video games!) I loved to play sports, run around and get dirty, and most of all play basketball.
For me, basketball was my first true love in life. It was my first true passion. I devoted 10 years of my mind, body, and soul to the game of basketball. It will always be near and dear to my heart. In correlation life is alot like basketball.
You see, in order to be an effective ball player you have to practice. You also have to know the fundamentals of the game. Before you begin your practice it's important to understand the fundamentals. Otherwise you are practicing bad habits, and we all know practice makes perfect.
Life and business are the same. First we must know the fundamentals, only when we've established the fundamentals of a thing can we begin to work on acquiring the skills to become proficient in that thing.
I don't want to ramble on so I'll stop there for now. I would like to emphasize that if you have a dream for something in your life. First determine the fundamentals of what it takes. Then focus on one fundamental at a time. Learn to master one thing at a time. This is the key to success!
